Does anyone have any really healthy snack ideas they can share? - healthy snack mix recipes

I really would like some ideas for healthy eating throughout the day, even when I'm hungry a lil @ night, is it safe to eat. Right now on my list I fat yogurt, cottage cheese, rice cakes, carrots ... What other things?

Tofu egg salad

1 package firm or extra firm tofu
1 stalk celery
1 / 2 red bell pepper, small, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1 / 4 cup mayonnaise or May following
