Change My Name My National Insurance Card How Can I Change My Name? I Am A German National/passport Holder And A British Resident.?

How can I change my name? I am a German national/passport holder and a British resident.? - change my name my national insurance card

I lived in the United Kingdom for over 10 years and holds a German passport because I was born there and my mother is German. I want to change my name in the United Kingdom, but I must say that with the German government to change. I find no information (especially English) in relation to a legal name change.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you:)

It is a bit confusing,) to information (in English, the method for change
his name in Germany?
or the United Kingdom
or both?

For the United Kingdom,
Day by day we can say, is everything you want, as long as it is not unfair. Simply enter the affected persons or companies who want to be known as the name.
Even for the best It's official letter addressed to the new address, usually sufficient testing / filling out a form for the change of name.

For something official and a passport, can the process of writing a survey, "in which they swear that now wants to be known as the new name will be pursuing the old name.

I suspect they have a similar process, but surely, the German Embassy could you advise me?

Suggests that they are close enough is not possible, and that only foreigners in Germany are eligible for a discount on the amendment.
In Germany, can not (practice) will be permitted on request, allows dual citizenship, could the British, and then come back if you want to .. or simply remain British.

.... currently in the United Kingdom for over 5 years as EU citizens, ie they can to the citizens in the United Kingdom application / passport /
