Track And Field Clothing Weight Gain From Track And Field Normal?

Weight gain from track and field normal? - track and field clothing

I used to weigh 90-95 pounds, and I'm 5'3, and it was during the ski season. But as the off-season is that I work on my arm, and ready, and I also learned that I do not want to eat fewer calories, they gradually started to increase my consumption of calories with healthy foods. So, now is the distance, and I weighed myself recently, and now weighs 105th My clothes that I actually still not even, but I do not know what happened.
Is this normal weight gain? and "Slow Me Down on the track?

If you did not win, inch, then you have gained muscle.

Consult a doctor to be sure.

The reality is likely to do so soon. I weigh about 82 pounds and the length, but before the weight of about 72, but I do not get so tired. You're not a winner take care of muscle and only that. This is very normal. Frankly, if you do not work hard to gain 5-10 pounds after launch, then we do not work hard enough.

Do not worry just the muscle gained.
Do not try to be overloaded. That does not mean to gain muscle strength.

Try stretching. Before and after.

And there Mr.Advertiser.

Ignore!
Do not try to lose weight, only to hurt you.

Muscle mass could have lost fat, but won. Muscle weighs more than fat, so naturally, your weight, but they remain the same size clothes.

The muscles of victory counts. Pesos little more muscle fat should not slow down, as perhaps a second, but not much.
